Yes they both are a reliable agency. There are actually two agencies UKSUGARBABES, which was the original agency and the spin off called Sugarbabesinternational run by a lady called Caroline. I have used them from time to time and they are very professional. They also have some US ladies on their escort list who for sure could also vouch for them.  

This also is a common problem with references from people in the UK since agencies are widely used and sometimes make booking easier and more reliable.
