Three truckers at a rest stop get in to the food joint.   One trucker orders a hamburger, the other a cheesburger and the last one a hot dog.   The waitress comes with their food and takes out of the hamburger from her right armpit.  The trucker says "that is the weirdest thing I have seen".   To which she says this is a big place and I am the only one.  I do this to keep your food warm.   Then she takes the cheeseburger from her left armpit.   The second trucker says "i have never seen anything like that".

The last trucker then says to her "i cancel my hot dog"
