Igor goes walking with his young grandson Boris. After a short while, they stand atop a hill which provides a marvelous view of their entire village.  

Igor says "Boris, you see all those houses down there? Well I built every last one of them."  
"Wow! That's amazing grandfather." replies Boris.  
"And all those tractors in all those fields? At one time or another, I have repaired every one of them." added Igor.  
"You are quite the talented man grandfather. One day, I hope to have skills like yours." replied Boris.

"Yes, yes." continued Igor. "But, in spite of all those houses, do they call me 'Igor the carpenter'? No! And all of those tractors, do they call me 'Igor the mechanic'? No! But one time, one time you fuck ONE sheep..."
