Johnny sang a lot better than he did on his TV debut of The Tonight Show.

I was just a tadpole when he sang then but even I felt a bit sorry for him.

Those were the days.

I know this is neither a joke, nor is it erotic.  However....I thought i might just get away with sharing something very special with you.


This show is at Kiel Opera House in St Louis -- June 1965 --  when Carson hosted the Tonight Show.
The Rat Pack was playing Vegas, but visited Carson in St. Louis.
This is supposed to be the ONLY time Carson sang in public!
Quincy Jones was conducting the Count Basie band, and he is visible in the background.
