A man is waiting for his soup at a table in a restaurant.  The waitress brings it and he notices she has her thumb submerged in his soup.  He asks her why she's doing that and she replies:
"My thumb got sprained and it's very sore, so my doctor told me to keep it warm at all times."
The man is pissed, so he says to the waitress:
"Well, then why don't you just stick it up your ass?"
The waitress replies:
"That's where I put it when I'm in the kitchen."
