President Bush was informed this morning by Secretary Donald Rumsfeld of the death of two Brazilian soldiers.  Bush replied, extending his sympathies, then tapped Rummy on the arm and leaned over to ask softly, "How many is two brazillion anyway?"  Rumsfeld shrugged, and they headed for Vice President Cheney's office to find out.
