I was invited out for an evening of dinner and entertainment with some friends. We got to the destination and were seated at a nice table. Before she left, I handed a $20 bill to the hostess and asked her to bring me some singles.  One of my friends asked me why I requested all the singles. "I always like to tip the entertainment."
