Putting a tag on this, "not for the easily offended - fair warning" does not make it alright.  This is vulgar and incredibly hurtful.  I can only assume it is a product of an inadequate knowledge or appreciation of the Holocaust.  I was at Dachau. Sadly, I have also seen the American nazi Party at work, e.g., Timothy McVeigh.

a joke is a joke, disgusting yes, but should it be censored? No way. What's next? read it, dislike it, and move on.

There's a difference between a joke that simply makes fun of a cultural stereotype and a joke that makes fun of a historic atrocity.  Example: "Why do Jews have big noses?  Because air is free." can be funny on a certain level.  The joke in this thread is not funny by any means.

What does the "easily offended" nonsense have to do with mitigating this bullshit?
