In the flic "Bollywood/Hollywood" a grandmother is pestering her oldest grandson to get married.  She tells him, among other things  "...a life spent alone is a life in hell."

So, I thought, what does that make marriage?  A long-term visit to hell with an undetermined departure date?  Or a time share in hell?
