The young couple had left an office party and with a little alcohol and raging hormones in their systems, the urge for sex was just too great. So they pulled over to the side of the road and began to get it on. Well, lo and behold, a police car pulled up. The officer on the passenger side of the car got out and shined a light into the couple’s car. “Hey, you two, don’t you know that in this town it’s against the law to be having sex in public. I’m going to have to arrest you”. The young couple pleaded that they would probably lose their jobs If they were arrested since their employer had a strict code regarding criminal arrests. The officer thought for a moment and said “OK, I’ll give you a break. But I have to write you up for something since my sergeant who’s driving doesn’t believe in just giving warnings.” The officer took out his citation pad, and proceeded to write up a ticket. He handed the ticket to the young man and said “I’m going to let you off with a speeding ticket.” He then turned and left. The young man looked at the ticket and began to laugh. The gal said “what’s so funny?” He handed her the ticket. It read “doing 69 in a 35 mph zone”.
