If I am understanding, English is a second language for him. (I could be wrong.) Anyhow in the case of language we have things called "idiomatic expressions" or "idioms." These are expressions where the words have different meanings than the literal interpretation. . An example given is "Hold your tongue." Which literally means to grasp the tongue, but idiomatically means don't speak. . As you can imagine, many many jokes rely on idiomatic expressions. And therefore make no sense to people who are recent to the language.
besides, he's been posting here for almost 19 fucking years. ESOL hardly applies after that long.
and does it really matter if he doesn't comprehend English and all our idioms because English is not his first language or if it's just because he's a fucking moron?
