Hillary Clinton is touring a hospital with its president.  They come upon a four-bed room, where four men are, separately, maturbating.

"What's going on here?"

"Well, they have a rare disease, leading to extreme and rapid sperm production.  Until the antibiotics kick in, if they don't release the tension, their testicles will explode and be destroyed."

"Oh...well, I guess that's OK."

On a higher floor, with good views, they go to a room with just two beds.  There, two attractive young nurses are giving the two men blow jobs.

"My God, what's going on here?"

"They have better health insurance."
