There's plenty of argument around where the first "official" Thanksgiving Dinner was held, but there's no argument that the Jamestown settlers held a "thanksgiving dinner" in 1619, predating the Plymouth Rock party by two years.

OK, a couple of probable oldies but goodies. Senario #1: If the Jamestown settlers had shot a cat instead of a turkey, we all might be eating pussy for Thanksgiving. And senario #2: If they had shot a donkey instead of a turkey, we'd all be having a piece of ass for Thankgiving. Either way it beats turkey in my book. Ciao!
