A woman is sitting in a dentist's chair, getting her tooth repaired.  Her phone rings over and over again, because her jealous boyfriend won't stop calling her, and she won't turn off the ringer.  In frustration, the dentists grabs the phone, and shouts to the boyfriend: "Listen, she can't talk to you now, because she's got her mouth open.  After I finish, she'll spit it all out, and call you back."
