There are some variations to this joke but the theme is always funny.  
   
 So there were three young women who were being interviewed for a job by the boss of the company. He asked the first one what her latest job had been. She said “I was a cork soaker at a local winery. It was hands on and I enjoyed it very much.”  
 The boss then asked the second woman what her latest job had been. She replied “I was a sock tucker at a garment factory and it was definitely a hands on job.”  
 The boss then turned to the third woman and asked the same question. The third woman paused and then said “We’ll, my last job had a similar theme to the jobs the other ladies mentioned but I was a personal assistant and sometimes I used my hands and sometimes I didn’t.  
   
 Without a moments notice, the boss said to the third woman “ You're hired.”
