A guy gets in an accident.  His manhood was mangled & torn completely off his body.  The doctor assured him that with the advances in modern medicine in recent years that it was possible to "rebuild" him to a point where he could be as good, or even better, than before the accident.

However, because insurance companies considered this to be cosmetic surgery, there would be no coverage & he would have to pay 100% of the cost.  He had three choices--small for $3500, medium for $6500, or large for $14,000.  The man was sure he'd want either medium or large, but the doctor suggested that he discuss it privately with his wife before making a decision.

The doctor leaves the guy alone for a while to that he can phone his wife to talk it over.  When the doctor returns he finds the guy looking really sad.  "Did you talk to your wife & make a decision?" asks the doctor.

"Yeah" said the guy.  "She said she would rather we remodel the kitchen."
