After working as a housekeeper for a wealthy couple for a number of months Maria, a sexy young gal, approached the lady of the house and said “Madam, I would like to have a raise.” The lady of the house, a rather pompous individual said “Maria, I feel I pay you enough. Why should I give you a raise?”

Maria replied “Well, Madam, I have been told I am a much better cook than you are.”
“And who told you that?” said the lady of the house. “Your husband” replied Maria. “And” continued Maria, “I have also been told that I am a much better housekeeper than you.” And who told you that? asked the lady of the house. “Your husband.” answered Maria.

The lady of the house was taken aback, but before she could say anything, Maria proceeded to say “And I must tell you that I have been told that I am much better in bed than you are.” “And who told you that? My husband? thundered the lady of the house.

“No,” Maria quietly replied, “the gardener. And now, how about that raise?”
