Hobbyist outings in Addison ...
There are some recurring problems with people being outed in the Addison area.

You come on here and cast a very broad, general net without stating your facts.
You know, there's people in the area who are totally unconnected with whatever info you supposedly have.
I already know what you're posting of. I also know you don't have all of the info behind it either.
You're basically crying wolf without anything concrete to back it up.

Let me be more precise ... there has been a recent rash of outings in what seems to be the Addison area, at least six guys to my knowledge. Hobbyist have begun to receive phone calls at home and at work threatening to out them. Some have had there sisters and SO's told about what was going on. Consequently, the guys need to be aware.

The info you have is somewhat incorrect/incomplete.
The trouble stretches from one side of the Metroplex to the other. Not just Addison.
The person causing the trouble is a scorned now ex-wife who buddied up to a banned ex-provider. She works for a large telecommunications company and is abusing her employment privileges.
Why someone hasn't blown the whistle on her yet, I don't know.
Have you noticed the trouble seems to be centered on the other board's members? Yup. It doesn't seem to involve anyone from TER or elsewhere.
If it has happened thru other venues, it appears no one has said anything about it.

FYI – Just to bring you up to date. There have been four hobbyists and one provider who have received calls and attempted outings in the past week.
TER does not have an exclusive corner on hobbyist memberships in the Dallas area. You and I both know that there are members here who are also members of the other Boards, so we can't just categorically ascribe the problem to the "other Board's members."

Obviously. It seems to be affecting the guys residing in/near Dallas. I haven't heard of the travelers experiencing any problems.

Because there's a stretch of city roadways that barely separate Dallas from Addison. Close but not quite. Easy for someone to confuse one area from another. The occurrences aren't coming from over here.

I travel to Dallas occasionally and wonder is this a real concern? I would love some input from someone other than the two having this rant.

I know for a fact that one provider who was busted last month has been on a rampage. She decided that she wanted to keep her very married hobbyist all to herself. Told his wife, she divorced him, and took all of the cash. This provider decided to blackmail the wife, who in return has her arrested for prositution charge. The provider has been evicted, had her car repossed and has vice and narcotics hot on her ass. Word has it the provider is now cooperating with the cops. Ladies you get paid to LEAVE!!!
You know being told you don't know the whole story is getting tiresome. I never said I know the whole story ... didn't purport to.
I do know that guys are getting outed and that it seems to have something to do with the Addison area. I know that 4 guys were "threatened" last week. I don't know who is doing it or why... but ... it is happening so be careful.
If you know the whole story and can share it or solve it I am certain there will be a number of people very happy with you.

i know this, it is a banned provider who claims she has retired... check the other board, she is now listed as a guest. makes you go ummmmmmm, why would somebody who was busted be up and running their website until the story got back on the boards...i am telling you guys for your own safety if you see this provider or any of her associates you are going to get busted. the provider is a covicted drug felon who is looking at doing time in the big house. for goodness sake can't you all see who it is???? she is working undercover...goes by several names. the most famous is kk...let's talk about something else.
Well, now that I've read all of the notes on this subject ...
When I got the gist of the initial story, there wasn't anything solid to base it on ... just jumbled pieces. Some of what was passed along was true but not other parts.
I got my info from 2 mods on the other board and one of the guys who was outted earlier in the summer.
Since then, different embellishments have evolved and lots of speculation.
It's become a huge mess.
I hope it ends soon.

If the hobbyist are stupid enough to give a provider an invitation into their personal life, then he deserves what he gets. This is a bunch of made up shit, started by a busted provider point blank. She has a history of this sort of crap. The mods know that, and better mind their own business. I just saw one of the other boards mods and his WIFE on a sandy beach far away, he didn't say shit to me. I don't know who you are, but don't get mixed up in a washed up, meth addict's drama. Take a good long look at what she has done to herself, career and kids. Pathetic. I can tell you this for sure...very soon it is not going to be read between the lines!! It becomes a "huge mess" when people start posting crap they really dont know what the truth is and base their posts on "hearsay and speculation" BEFORE knowing what really is going on.
Sometimes its best to stay quiet before scolding anyone who might or might not have something worth while to say about a particlar subject.
Everyone bitching about all the "drama" make the "drama" more than it needs to be.
Everyone claiming to "know whats going on" tell everyone...dont just acknowledge "you know". If your going to do so, then go ahead and put it in writing or dont say anything at all.
