Well obviously I am using weights but for the aerobic side I have begun swimming.
I used to love to walk and jog and I usely covered four miles on the days I exercised but I am now convinced that swimming is a far superior aerobic workout.

Being on top with Gusto can burn calories and be fun at the same time. A good HJ can make the arms strong and if you would like firm jaw appearance, there are exercises for those also. But the best is really a good brisk walk , followed by a good shower together! Sweetie
