well, I would not suggest downtown Dallas, because the hotel rate is high and so is the traffic coming in or leaving, thus most hobbyist will not want to deal with the traffic.

if she want the Dallas crowd, then stay in the 635-35 area, north dallas.

the DFW airport area is nice, but then you will only be getting most hobbyist from Dallas area, I don't think too much Ft. Worth hobbyist will be coming this far.

if she want to compete with the providers here in Dallas, she will need to check out her competitor's site and their market rate. Dallas & Houston are the toughest market as there are plenty of good providers in the area that offer GFE for only $$.5, but that's my opinion.
