It's a common scam if the name 'andrea' shows up in the http address. There's others too.
The ladies who are in those particular ads either won't be the ones to arrive at your door as expected or if it is, she's been very heavily airbrushed in her photos. I've heard of the upsells too.
On another message board, there's a list of the scams, etc of the known ones but it's in the mens' lockerroom which requires paid access to the details.
