Long answer: It depends. Yes it is possible, but exactly how likely it is depends on a few different factors, and there hasn't been nearly enough research to really determine how big of a risk it really is. The risk could range anywhere from about as risky as CFS to significantly riskier than CFS but still safer than BBFS.

Your risk is higher if you had any cuts, sores, ulcers, etc. in or around your mouth or if there was any blood or open wound on her part. A dental dam or the equivalent cuts your danger level way down if you went with that option.

Get yourself tested, but don't freak until you get a result back. The rumor on CL may just be a rumor or somebody trying to get back at her, and even if it is true, you still have a decent chance of being in the clear.
