Being a native Houstonian but a relative newbie to the hobby I find that this is a great playground.  There are tons of providers in all shapes, sizes, and colors to meet your needs.  The recent LE activity has a good and bad side.  The bad side being the obvious and the fact that indies are more cautious and may require more screening than ususal.  The good thing is that it appears that a good amount of former agency/studio girls have gone out on their own and provide better services than before.
