I was travelling to a city where one of my favorite ladies was visiting, and made an appointment to see her. When I called her from my hotel room, I found that, not only had we wound up in the same hotel, but we were in adjacent rooms. Kind of a new twist on the girl next door.

The other was a bit more bizarre. I had seen this one lady a few times, and we hit it off very nicely. I saw her on one of my trips, and she asked how long I was in town. When I said I was there for a few days, she asked what I was doing on Sunday, and asked if I would like to have breakfast, nothing more, just breakfast. I said, "Sure, where would you like to go"? She replied, "Oh, just come to my apartment, and I'll cook". I got to her apartment, and she opened the door, wearing her little Suzie-Homemaker apron, and promptly introduced me to her little son, and her very large "husband". I don't mean the fat kind of large, I mean the Hulk Fuckin' Hogan kind of large. As he reached out to shake my hand, the only thing I could say to him was, "My, isn't this awkward"? As it turned out, we had a very nice breakfast, and I actually got together with him a few more times when I was in town, but you'd think that having a son and husband would be something that she might have mentioned.
