quite new to the community, was curious how you ladies treat situations where a man has a peirced member as well as uncut...i am uncut and have two frenum peircings, wondering if this disqualifies me?

As long as your clean and can reassure they wont come off I see no problem.  lol

For those that dont know what a "frenum peircing" is see the attached photo.  I would think some providers would be ok with this... however others might be concerned that this would be unsafe with a condom.
