I just caught the end of a newscast on Sunday saying that Gov. Perry was signing a new law regulating parlors.  I didn't get the whole story but saw something about girls being 18, no sexual contact, etc.  Also didn't see anything about when it went into effect.  Why can't these idiots concentrate on school reform, property taxes, homeowners insurance and other higher priority items?
Anyone else see this newscast?  I haven't found anything in the newspapers (Sunday & Monday)
