I've read several reviews where the reviewer mentioned that he met the provider at a mixer or meet and greet. Does anyone have any information on these taking place in Dallas. I think this is exactly what I am looking for as the last couple of providers I had were not exactly as they looked in their photos. Close or a few years old, but just not 100% accurate. I would love to mingle with providers and then be able to choose who I would like to spend time with. Thanks!!
I have tried twice to set up M&G's however the interest level was pretty low. If the Dallas area wants to get together for a M&G, I'm game for planning it.
I suspect it's a numbers thing. TER doesn't seem to be as strong in Dallas as in some other areas. There are mixers or M&G's every month or two organized by members of certain regional boards, which may have fewer total members than TER nationwide but stronger representation in Dallas.
