Visiting Dallas later this month, and interested in a doubles session with a "milf" or other mature woman, and a younger lady (early 20s).

Might want to check in with Skye Jennings. She's early 30's and used to have a friend in her early 50's that she played with. A German lady as I recall. I never did doubles with them but we discussed it at one point.
