anyone able to take charge of meet and greets?  heard other cities are doing it and always wanted to go to one.  searched a bit and noticed dallas/ftw hasnt done one?  

But Dallas was never a huge TER town, even before FOSTA/SESTA, and now in the Post FOSTA/SESTA era, this Dallas board has become pretty much a ghost town.

 
Yes, we still have plenty of providers here, but what little conversation that goes on happens on a kind of icky board other than TER. If you can't figure out the name of it by my hint, please feel free to hmu via PM. It's against TER rules to mention them by name here.  

 
It is good to see at least some sign of life here, but I am afraid unless FOSTA/SESTA gets overturned this might be the last thread ever on this board.

and it's not just the hosting cost involved, the host is also responsible for screening the guests and ensuring everyone's safety as well. Screening is usually just as strict as any provider screens her clients, most guys don't have a clue where to even begin this process, it almost always requires the help of a provider or agency owner to pull these parties off successfully. I kind of doubt anyone who is qualified would want to step up and take the liability in this post FOSTA/SESTA world of P4P. I've done it in the past, but I wouldn't do it today.

 
Unfortunately Dallas just doesn't have enough TER members to support a full blown M&G here anyhow, if we were to have such an event it would almost certainly have to be a "crossover" event with all those icky people from that other board having to be involved as well. Sorry, but I just don't see it happening any time soon.

 
That said, even though I currently live a hundred miles or so outside of Dallas, if someone else wants to put together something small I would do my best to support it, both financially and by attending as well.

I have a couple of providers that use my extra room for their incall. Are the meet and greets at a private residence?
