So she used to be a provider that I adored and saw her
Multiple times when she visited Chicago. But all of a sudden her reviews stopped and her site is down. Since I knew that she's from Dallas, I was wondering

I don't know all of the facts but she retired awhile back.  Yes, she was a sweetheart.  I do believe that on occasion she will visit with an old friend but that is heresay.  I don't keep up enough to know all of the scoop but she did officially retire.
