Hey All,

Planning on being in Dallas on Thursday for business. Have thus emailed no less than 5 top-rated providers in the last 48 hours without a single response.  Wondering what to make of this...I have kind of particular tastes so I've picked out the ones that see to fit best.  I'm wondering is there like a convention in town this week so that everyone has so much business they don't need to respond? Just curious...everywhere else I've gone 1 day is the most I've had to wait for providers to get back to me...

you communicated your requests as eloquently as you communicated your complaint here, of course complete with your screening information and references so that they knew you were serious.

Otherwise, I don't know what to tell you.

Hey I'm a top-rate provider based in Boston and I'm in town until Saturday morn... Let me know if you want to meet up!

It seems to work best fot me when I include all the info they might need in the first email.  Especially references and contact info....and then there are times where I wait for what seems to be forever, and then they reply.  Most let me know they were in school, or vacation, or something.

I would send a follow up email after 3 days, but then not bother them afterwards.  Seems to work for me, not sure how well it will work for you.  But yes, Dallas has great providers!  I was in Florida last week.  met a greate provider, and had a few good choices, but nothing compared to what is available her in Dallas!
