Thanks, but I am not ready to TOFFT at those rates. I was hoping someone could provide some insights. Someone posting on the Chicago board indicated he was an acquaintance of Hayden's so I hoped someone might know something. By the way, I am not sure she did post under Dallas. I just posted the same message on both the Houston and Dallas boards to try to maximize the chances of a response.
