Now, I don't know if it means anything to me if Holly has a "manager" or "agent." I mean, if being independant means a provider has neither, so be it, but...

Still a great thing to share with the potential consumer, and I wish more of the providers saw it that way!

Am I crazy here, or is this a really good point to make, on Sara's point? I mean, for all we know, SHE is who you should be calling, instead of Holly. Please let us know...selah.
