I do a bit of everything because I get bored really easily :p I walk/jog, jump rope, box, kickbox, swim... but no matter what exercise you do, you should change it up every so often or your body will get used to it and you'll hit a plateau in your weight loss. cowgirl--great for thighs!! in mish--rock that pelvis and contract those abs girls! it really is a great workout
I personally lift weights 3 to 4 times a week and swim at least 3 times a week. I started this combination about 5 weeks ago. Prior to that, I walked 4 miles a day four days a week.
Swimming has been the best exercise I have ever under taken. I jogged and walked for years but neither has trimmed me up faster than swimming. I have probably lost two inches off my waist in about 5 weeks.
Now granted two inches is not much when your talking about the girth of the Oldest Fat Fart but it is a great start.
Hobbying IS my largest form of exercise. *LOL* I bet an hour of all out total hot sex all over the room is considered a decent workout by most
(*ok just teasing… but I have had regular clients actually “tell on themselves” when they get their annual physical and their doc asks them if they’ve been working out. I’ve had two say they just grin*) -I’m great for the Cardio workout!! Kisses ~T
