Adding muscle doesn't mean you are going to bulk up, but become more compact. You will burn more fat AND you will give your bones better support
I know it seems kind of hard at first, and you are so sore you don't want to get out of bed. But stick with it - it will be worth it.
By the way, soaking in a hot bath with a cup of epsom salts will do wonders for ya!!!
and I used to think the guys who came through the weight room either in the middle of their workout or toward the end were "strutting". Showing their muscles and walking in a way to draw attention to themselves.
I figured out that that is not the case. They actually can hardly move any muscle on their body and so it only looks like their strutting when in fact they are trying to get their muscles to work so they can get back to the locker room. LOL
