I have a few connections living in Dallas who are visitors of these places - and they’ve pretty much have told me that most of them will book last minute since anyone living in Dallas are grinders (hard working buisness owners)  

And the other thing I learnt was that there are far many places do are vip - just look for the spots that have dark windows and do research on each one individually - googling their contact info
