I believe there are some services on the web that allow you to protect your content.
I've heard of Copyscape and a few others.
Another suggestion is that you watermark your images, making it difficult to steal your images
....to pose as her before getting caught by the real Kassidy.
Best to watermark with something they can copy like your email or site or both.
