1. 2. 3. 4, a gun-blazing hooker is going to open the door. That's 4 cancellations I've received since Thursday, September 25. How many appointments in that time? 1. And what happens? I've had to cancel flights, cancel putting my car into the body shop, and not to mention...cancel on other clients because I had to cancel a flight.

I honestly am starting to wonder if my clients subconsciously hate me. I'm talking both new clients and clients I've met before where the whole session went fine, sometimes even met multiple times. But yet, they make an appointment, often the same day, and then cancel it. Some are obvious full of ish, like the one today who cancelled citing a 'shitty day and tired'. When I called him out on it, he calls back apologetic, but after a few minutes, the conversation degenerated into "can I go down to the ATM and pay you after the session?"  

I'm just so over it. Things have gone so downhill especially in my area lately. I'm not even meeting clients who are willing to pay more than $150 here in DENVER. I have 1 or 2 guys who will drop $300 once in awhile, but otherwise it's similar to my request today: "I only have $50."

I just can't do this anymore. What is going on with people? It seems the current freedom movement now is centered all around marijuana legalization, but what about prostitution? Is that going to continue being a taboo, risque topic where people have to fear being publicly humiliated in this country? I feel that if the laws around it weren't in place, it would significantly cut down on the perpetual, agonizing, never-ending bullshit that goes on day in, day out.  

I'm not even asking for much. All I need is 2-3 clients PER WEEK locally, at my full rate, to get by. I can travel the other times. But I can't even get that. People say they'll show up, they don't show up. Haggle with my prices all the time (these Denver DUDS think $60 is escort rates). If anyone is in need of an apartment in Denver, please let me know because I would love to rent it out and leave the country for a month or 2.

 It may be bad timing.  For clients who work in govt, or who work for govt contractors, the end of September is also the end of the 'fiscal year', so things are really busy for people who work in those sectors.  That may explain some cancellations right now.    

 You could start a separate thread on that topic--clients who subconsciously hate their provider.  Those guys are out there--some post here.  But you might ask yourself if you're doing anything at the last minute to turn these guys off.  If several providers in a row cancelled at the last minute, I'd wonder...what did I do to scare them off.      
     You might try the sugar scene, my former ATF went that way & so did I.  My current SB works as a restaurant hostess full time, but she says she makes more $$$ in just two hours with me than 40 hours at the restaurant, including tips.  --z

Sorry guys, was just a bad week. Since the month has started, I've not gotten any cancellations, with the exception of people who don't pass the screening and/or can't follow basic directions. I've also been working on ignoring 99% of text messages. Seems like that's all people want to do is text, and I just ignore it, or ask them to send the proper confirming details...which they don't do.
