I love all the beauty that CO has to offer, but I want to see more. What are your favorite places to see epic sunsets and try awesome food?

is one of my fave.....  and great menu....also.....Larimer Square restaurants....but also- if you can get out of Denver and up to Boulder.... great views, amazing dining and good sightseeing...

I second Boulder, and also Steamboat Springs, Strawberry Hot Springs are an awesome place to relax, and the town has some nice little spots for good food, a little place called " Laundry" is my favorite
