There are so many fake reviews across all boards that I am now compiling a list of these reviewers' names. Also providers who don't seem to have any credible reviews. Just saw a new review for Kate Wilder -- 8 of the 9 reviews she has are by reviewers who have only given one review. Would like to hear from others what they consider as red flags while reading reviews.

I strongly suspect some exaggeration by some reviewers, one in particular, and I have seen reviewers write reviews for  three women who are friends, and only a few others. The example I'm talking about involved 3 women from Las Vegas, then they toured together and the more established one would say she didn't make it there after all but you should see one of the other two girls instead. Kind of a bait and switch operation. Leave it to Las Vegas people to do stuff like that.

I wouldn’t call them fake reviews, not every hobbyist is going to be looking for the same thing, while I do agree that hobbyist need to be honest, I also will say what one guy might think is awesome, the next guy might disagree!

Not all providers cater to "hobbiest" either.  Some of us (myself included) don't need/want reviews for that aspect. I think I have maybe one online review and personally do just fine without them.

I remember back before FOSTA-SESTA when TER was more active, there were closed circles of women and "reviewers" in Las Vegas that were very suspicious.   All the reviews were 10/10's and frankly too good to be true.   I finally caught on after a few bad experiences and now I can kind of spot/avoid them.
