does not always mean $$ or increased biz to ladies..(bummer) as most conference goers are involved with conference activities and networking/biz dinners at nite.... so the old "prostitutes following the wagon train" thought isn't really a reality....LOL
My suggestion: most ladies will do outcall if arranged in advance. Hire one!
But as most have families, real life jobs, kids, school..etc.. it is not always feasible for legit providers to simply go follow conferences, set up in a hotel room at their expense ..and hope to crank em out on a last minute basis.....!
Again... simply hire someone to spend time with you! most Denver ladies will travel for an expense..and there are some wonderful COS providers already down there. 
Yes, this conference every year brings a huge influx of clients to the area! I was pretty much booked solid before it even began.
