I hope old and new friends will visit me this trip.  I am concerned that I won't have a place to live soon, and that scares me more than you can imagine.  I know some people think I'm unreliable when it comes to these trips, but I do not get enough interest to make the trips viable (which is sad, compared to how it used to be when I came down there as Mandy and had "waiting lists").  One good trip would give me the encouragement I need to make trips more frequently and to different locations.
