There are so many "jack-shack" ads it is hard to find the independents...Any Suggestions? Seems like the ads have women taking selfies with mostly clothes on and usually white paneling in the background. Also usually says something like "Incalls only" and "no Texting"

I don't advertise on the site you speak of, but I am on E. Maybe it's just a different type of experience that's targeted by both sites, but I think your odds of having a great overall experience are going to be better there.

I've met some great long term clients from BP. I have a saying there is always an attorney three miles away looking for an afternoon  getaway. In return for that one perfect client is so much head ache that I'm assuming most women just don't want to out up with anymore . If you had any slight idea to the slew of emails to sort through that say ridiculous things like, " u real?" Or another fav, " discrete professional, not like the other guys here, "  "57, fit look 33." Oh Lordy.... Nobody wants to give any kind of verification and getting a name is not easy, so personally I just don't want to deal with it and I'd rather see gents from this site and a few others who have played the hobby game. Another personal problem I have with BP, is the people want RIGHT NOW! Creepy IMO.
If I was a guy the first thing I would do is google a phone number and image search photos, but honestly there's so many ladies on TER and those who tour you can't go wrong.

You have to fight the crowds to find the one good deal you are seeking.  When looking for providers, you have to sift through thousands of "square feet" of ads, weeding out the fakes, and lack-shacks, and checking phone numbers one-by-one with TER to see if the ad is legit, and once in a while you get lucky.  The way so many ads are written in ghetto-speak, it's a challenge to find a true provider, that is actually well reviewed, and is the girl in the pictures. It can be done, but plan on several hours of searching and checking.

be sure to do your homework - google ALL the pics and names and numbers. Even the Ad heading can be googled. Know what you are looking for as red flags.  

.........is I just skip all ads with 630 area codes.  not very scientific but once you recognize JS ads, it seems to encompass many of them.

That's a good one! Also I began making a list of "fake" numbers, for example numbers ending with 1902, 7787 in the Chicago page are jack-shops.

Eros and p411 have changed requirements and many other things that
many retuable ladies are no longer using those sites and many more are going back
to BP. I use BP and I'm verified with p411, date check and rs2k as well as on other sites. BP is just
another way to advertise IM

That's a sure fire way to know an agency is posting the ads.  

I found a licensed CMT that gives you a great massage & standard ending + upgrades.  All for a very reasonable price of admission. Her ad was about as plain Jane as you could make it with no fluff. Just a 2-3 sentences.  I've now seen her several times w/o breaking the bank.

The length of the ad is dictated by how long the provider has had the ad. Back in the old days, BP allowed almost unlimited characters when posting ads. Things changed a few years ago, and as you've noticed, the character limit is rather short. The providers with old ads were grandfathered in with the old, lengthy character limits. New/relatively new accounts have very short character limits.

Oh, I get that totally!  I wasn't responding on whether BP was a good advertising venue or not - he seemed to want to make sure that the provider was who she was in the pics and indy / agency and those the sites I know that verify.  Backpage is a solid advertising choice for ladies - it has the widest net.
