Went there w/ a client a couple years back & maitre d actually took us down to the cellar where they age their own beef & showed us this pink salt they use to cure the meat that they import in from Africa. Very educational & the slab of cow we devoured was second to none. Besides the meal being second to none the customer service was head & shoulders above any place I've been in Chicago.
