I would think that for 12 hours, and for what you are probably paying, you should be able to dictate whether it is 3 times or 10 times.  Of course with that long of a time, you should of course plan a couple meals at least, and some time for non fucking non eating, and being polite along the way.  But since you are driving the bus, I'd say it is your call....
I have an extended scheduled today actually.  We'll probably order in for some dinner later.  My girl is a treat though, as she isn't a pro and just a cool chick looking for a little extra income.  We usually go a few rounds solid, and she is a lil nymph so it isn't an issue.  We sometimes 420, have a cig in between rounds and talk, etc, but usually we are screwing for a good 3+ hours of the 5 she spends here.

Gents & Ladies, I'm thinking about doing my first ever extended session (which will be with my ATF), I'll probably do a 12-hour session for the entire day (it won't be an over night). My longest session ever has only been for 5 Hours, which I did earlier this year with her.  

Question: When planning out the day (12-Hour Session), what would be appropriate or the proper etiquette with regards to how many times within the day you plan on allocating to have sex?  I was thinking Lunch, Afternoon, Dinner? When ladies have extended sessions, how many times do they expect within the day they will be having sex?  

Normally I do 90-minute sessions and I'm a one pop guy.  I know answers to my questions will vary, but I want to be considerate. Not sure if this is at all relevant or will help facilitate better answers, but my ATF is a well known reputable provider who has been in the indusrty for 3+ years and I would feel comfortable saying her donation is slightly higher than the average.

Since you are meeting with so,some you know, I would discuss agenda with her. Work together on activities, dining, etc. and play time will be part of your planning. If expectations are communicated it reduces the risk of misunderstandings or missed expectations.

Since you normally only have one pop, I'd say about 4-5 times, assuming they are all about 45 min would be normal for 12 hours. I wouldn't concentrate so much on how many times you do it, as long as you enjoy yourself.  

I don't think you have to discuss it beforehand. I'm sure, since you said she is seasoned, she is aware you guys will spend majority of the time doing it.

I would also NEVER do a 12 hour day with zero sleep. Anything above 8 hours is an overnight for me, and that includes sleep. It usually goes 2 hours of solid playtime, dinner, back to recharge and get ready for bed and allow things to ahem, settle. Maybe one round before bed, then again in the morning before breakfast.  

I won't do the back and forth shit that so many others do. Getting dressed, undressed, dressed again, running around, drinking, eating, etc. is not my idea of a good time especially for that many hours. So, you should discuss this with her...no one else can answer this for you, as we are all different in regards to what we will allow, and how much of it. 2 hours at a time of play, is my max regardless how long the date is. Any more than that, he will be taking me to the ER.  

For others, they can go like a machine.

So if I did a 12-hour with you, I'd get 2 hours of sex, 8 hours of you snoring, and 2 hours of non-stop blabbing minus potty breaks. Actually no, you can still blab during potty breaks and I forgot to include all the time it takes to get dressed, get undressed, get dressed again, get undressed again, not to mention shower time but we'll lump that in with blab time and call it even OK?

I have a proposal for you. Let's skip the getting dressed part, that saves 50% of your wardrobe malfuncntion time so you can either spend it keeping me happy or sleeping, your choice. However, should you choose to sleep on my dime, I expect you to be completely naked with your DD's prominently displayed so at least I have something to look at while I jack off. Deal?

Knowing you, I'm sure there's a LOT more discussion to come before we sign the 12-page hooker/john contract with said stipulations clearly spelled out. But wait again, we forgot to include drunk embarass-the-client time at a local bar so what hours are those coming off of, my sex time?  

One thing's for certain, between your explanation and mine, we're both confused so I think you should put your (lack of) math skills to use and break this down in 6-minute intervals (0.1) hours. I'll bring the stop-watch lest we get behind schedule at any point during the blab-fest :-) By all means, feel free to call me and discuss this since I have nothing better to do while driving home from work.
