Your response was well put.
I do both... I decide what I want on a more immediate scale and plan for it.

I don't really like to make New Year's resolutions, per se- I set new goals I'd say quarterly, which seems pretty productive. However, I do understand milestones that can be measured, and our need for something to picture date/time to get a better feeling of a "new beginning".
So why not use it, right?
A better visualization of my finances, where they're going, and 'compartmentalizing' them to be more productive. Guitar lessons, so I am continually improving an already established skill/hobby. Delve deeper into my own spirituality/be more disciplined to 'listen'. (Yoga will help that too.) Starting sensual/loving domination packages to fulfill a craving I've had for quite some time, and now have the desire to step forward.
Everything has already evolved when I wasn't really thinking on the new year. But the new year was a nice moment, which reminded me to set milestones using tangible things. My goal every year is to become the normal quiet, sophisticated girl, but it never works. LOL. So this year in "finding myself", I would rather dive deeper into accepting myself for who I am, and expanding the strengths. A few of those are things that could be better channeled simply by accepting them, and better understanding them.
I would also like to do more traveling, but establish an even more solid grounding here in the Chicagoland area.
Your wishes for this year are great! I always felt speaking desires out bring a lot of them to fruition. Maybe at the end of the year you'll look back and realize you did all of the things you wanted!
xoxo
