I had an experience with what I would call the same type provider. This one came across 1 way to start with, then turned out to not be what I thought she was. At first she would respond within an hour or so and sound pleasant and invite you to tell of experiences to help understand what I was looking for.
She is in her 20's also. But after a few emails and hours of wasted time, she would take days to respond. Then she would say how she would respond the next day, then nothing for 5 days. None of it seemed to matter to her. She was "busy" and didn't have time..lol
My mistake i'm sure. But if I say I'm going to do something, I usually follow through. It seems to me that some of the younger ones don't see any reason to reply in a timely manner, or what they consider a timely manner is totally different than my timely manner.
I had to make other arrangements because she never got back to me in time. And I told her when I was coming. It's just a matter of responsibility in my opinion. I am sure the ladies will have the same argument about the hobbyists. Time just doesn't seem to make much difference to some.
Just a little rant here. I went to see a 20 year old provider yesterday, one whom I had seen before and liked. After arranging an appointment in advance, I called when I was on the road to let her know I was still coming--no answer. I got to her location and called again. No answer. I wait 15 minutes and give her one more call before leaving. This time she answers and says she stepped out for lunch, but she'll be back in 15 minutes. Okay, with the new time I had to adjust from an hour to a half, a loss for both of us, but still not the end of the world. Fifteen minutes pass and no call. I call her after 20. No answer. Thirty minutes, another call, no answer. At 35 minutes I know I don't have time for even a half hour session, so I leave and call to leave her a "Sorry we missed each other message." She calls me at the 45 minute mark and I don't answer, too ticked at this point to talk and I find when I can't have a pleasant conversation it's better to have no conversation at all.
The kicker is that this is the second time it's happened to me, the first being with a well-reviewed young provider. In fact, of all the young providers I've seen, only one was actually ready on time and seemed to respect the fact that I have a job and a life and my time is valuable--in some cases more valuable than my money. The obvious answer is I need to move past my mid-life crisis and see more mature women, but still the whole thing is frustrating. Here endeth the rant.
I've seen plenty of young ladies that have their shit together. Maybe you need to check out ladies on RS2K & P411 instead of BP. There are flakes every where. But, I've encountered less flakes from sites like RS2K & P411.
Sorry for your frustrations. It works on both ends...guys flake out, women flake out.
It's never fun when it happens, either way.
I've had older seemingly more mature women do that to me. After confirming the day before, I spent a half hour on a cold Chicago morning walking around the general area of her incall texting and calling. I was beyond pissed. She never did respond. Another, who I had seen once and knew to be a bit of a wackadoodle, texted 12 hours AFTER the appointment to tell me she was sick and can we re-schedule. Uh, no. With her, I knew to confirm the morning of before I headed to her incall so I didn't waste any time but it was a bummer. There are rude and inconsiderate women out there, of all ages.
Thankfully they're way outnumbered by the thoughtful and respectful ladies. Don't give up on the youts!

Your points are well-taken. I guess based on my limited experience, the professionalism has been better with more mature ladies. I've had to wait a few extra minutes at times or had some miscommunications, but I've never been completely blown off (in a bad way) like that. Well, okay once, but she had a legitimate excuse, apologized profusely and made it up to me the next time. What is frustrating to me is that the two in particular that stood me up were a lady I had seen before and a lady with about 50 positive reviews. If I were TOFTT on an unknown BP girl, I wouldn't bitch--you pays your money, you takes your chances.
So why should this profession be any different. Providers who can't organize themselves are a big turn off just like those people outside the profession are a frustration. I have seen them young and old. You wonder in your mind how these people can function in society, but they somehow squeak by.

Don't put all of us together! Anyone could flake on you, regardless of their age. Of course, I am in my late 20s not my early 20's. But you find unreliable people in every age group.
I understand that it is very frustrating, but I don't think you should ever lump a group of people together like that. I moved out when I was 16 and I have been super responsible EVER SINCE. Before I did this, I kept 2 waitressing jobs. Worked 7 days a week, long long hours. So I am a very responsible person. I have met girls that are older than me that blow people off, and it baffles me.
Maturity and immaturity can be found at all ages. Oldest provider I ever saw flaked on me twice (2nd time was the last), while one of the youngest (and my ATF) never let's me down even though I cancelled on her once.
Been escorting since I was 18 (only two years, at this point) and have NEVER flaked on a client and have only been late when I absolutely couldn't avoid it (cab troubles, lost, etc.). I'm pretty sure women (and men) of all ages can be unreliable. You can't base such an opinion on two experiences. If I ruled out clients based on the age of those with whom I've had bad experiences, I wouldn't see anyone.
I'd think twice about giving out the name of the hotel, especially since your photos show your face.
I no longer host incalls in hotels, so that problem has been rectified. Thank you for reminding me to remove an ad that I missed, though.
This rarely happens to me but is the problem that some providers don't put appointments into a calendar in case Johnny Law seizes their phone?
Maybe the real question here is about time in general. I would estimate that 90% of the ladies I've met (some reviewed, some not) have delayed our time by at least ten minutes, regardless of age, ethnicity, where they advertise, favorite football team or any other variable you want to throw in. Is it a male/female thing, is it a matter of not having a competent scheduler, is it blatant disrespect, is it a trick to build guys' anticipation, is it a power game...Why do so many providers make us wait, even if it's only ten minutes or so, past our scheduled time? If there is an unwritten code that 2:30 means 2:40, I'll be happy to follow it, but I don't want to be the jerk who disrespects the lady and keeps her waiting, either. It is one aspect of the hobby that definitely frustrates me.

i am a "mature" provider that started in the this business in my 20's. i think the experience you had has more to deal with that particular provider, rather than ALL young providers. all of nothing is one way.
POINT BLANK: a lot of people do not have time management skills, nor do they see a problem with wasting someone else's time. Alot of people in the hobby (provider and clients alike), can be flaky and inconsiderate of a persons time. i think this is pathetic and have never left any of my clients hanging when an appointment is scheduled.
sometimes you have to do a little more research. just because a provider has good reviews, and comes highly recommended, doesn't translate to the provider is considerate of clients time and is ready for appointment on time.
