Sierra is not a new lady by any means... she's been visiting the Chicago area for the past couple of years.  She was independent prior to joining midwest beauties.  I've never seen her, but I never recall anyone saying anything negative about her.  There were many positive posts from very credible sources hailing her services on TBD Chicago forum before she took a brief vacation from the hobby.
