Someone I have never seen or corresponded with before posted a “not so good” review about me that they saw me in New York. I have never had any appointments in New York as I do not travel for the hobby. I contacted TER and they told me to email the person who posted this review. Any providers have had this happen to them before?
I believe you’ve addressed it properly with TER administrators. Sometimes they remove it and sometimes they do not. If the rest of your reviews are in good standing it’s been said by the gentlemen they kind of just breeze over it.
I had someone post a bad review not too long ago. I was out of town when the appointment supposedly happened and contained details that did not line up with me and my accommodations at all! It took 11 days of back and forth with TER and waiting on the reviewer to respond but it was finally taken down. Turns out it was meant for another provider with my same name. It was so frustrating and disheartening as someone who is new to TER!
TER are really good with getting fake things removed from us providers pages if the reviews are fake. They have a process that they have you go through, which takes about two weeks. They will get to the bottom of it, but you have to stay on them about it. TER removed my false reviews after them looking closely at them and seeing that the reviewer had never seen me. The guys do things like that to get their VIP membership smh.
Good luck with getting that removed, it will come down with consistency and honesty.
