I'm beyond impressed by how fast TER Support approved my latest review.

So, I submitted a review yesterday afternoon. Today in the early afternoon I received a PM from TER Support telling me the review can not be approved because in the General Information section I included an explicit sentence. They even quoted the sentence in question and recommended I either move it to the Juice Details section or simply delete it. I followed the recommendation and resubmitted the review. To my complete surprise less then an hour later my review was approved and posted.

Overall it took TER less than 24 hours to approve my review. Pretty impressive!

That's like a speed record or something!

Now if I can only get them to TAKE OUT an explicit sentence from one of my recent reviews that is not only a blatant LIE but also not offered on my menu.  

Jeez, I've only contacted admin about 7 freakin' times.  No love lost here.

I submitted a review. It was clearly explained what and why it needed editing. All valid criticisms. I mad the changes and it was posted in less than five minutes.

My last review was also approved and posted within 24 hours. A month or so I had one disapproved without much explanation, so I asked. They replied to that within 24 hours, approved the review and apologized for the delay.

Kudos, indeed.
